Each year, Universal Wilde sets goals for how much we’re going to reduce our carbon footprint by and the ways in which we’ll do it.  A lot of what we do is in the manufacturing process, such as using efficient equipment, getting our plants certified by the Department of Environmental Protection and other organizations, and recycling 100% of excess paper generated in our printing and finishing operations.

Eco-Friendly Promotional Giveaways on Any Budget

Eco-friendly promotional products

Everyone loves free stuff…which is why promotional products can play a big role in the marketing strategies of both B2C and B2B companies.  But to be effective, the promotional items you choose should coincide with your business goals, values, and initiatives.  For example, if you and/or your customers value environmental responsibility (like we do!), then all that “free stuff” you use in your marketing campaign should be eco-friendly.  But there are thousands of eco-friendly choices; so how do you pick which memorable product you’ll give away at your next trade show, or incorporate into your direct mail campaign?  To help you out, we’ve created a list of highly effective, eco-friendly promotional products for any budget.

Go Green or Go Home

We all know by now that “going green” is more than just a passing fad; it’s an important part of everyday life and plays a crucial role in how a company does business.   At Universal Wilde, we are extremely dedicated to protecting the environment and believe that being environmentally responsible goes hand-in-hand with being socially responsible.  And while that involves a huge variety of activities and business decisions, there is one thing that we do that makes a particularly large impact: recycling.  We recycle water, air, aluminum printing plates, inks, and, of course, paper.  Throwing your newspaper into the garbage may not seem like a big deal, but when that effect is multiplied, it’s quite a different story!
