The healthcare industry uses the PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Act) cycle to test ideas in order to improve the quality and efficiency of new healthcare implementations, including but not limited to diagnostic tests and first-time patient registration. Using PDSA to instill change doesn’t have to apply to just healthcare. In fact, like a focus group or test pool, using the PDSA cycle in marketing can help you see what changes (if any) need to be made to improve your marketing plan and marketing ROI. The more you can glean from testing changes, the greater the chance of success once you put new ideas into action.

Each year, Universal Wilde sets goals for how much we’re going to reduce our carbon footprint by and the ways in which we’ll do it. A lot of what we do is in the manufacturing process, such as using efficient equipment, getting our plants certified by the Department of Environmental Protection and other organizations, and recycling 100% of excess paper generated in our printing and finishing operations.
