Introduction: 2016 Marketing Trends Series

As 2015 comes to a close, we like to reflect on the successes the year brought – not just to the company – but to the direct marketing industry as a whole. In anticipation for the year ahead, it’s also our job to list our learnings from the last twelve months and see how they will translate and/or change in the coming twelve.

One thing we’re sure of is that the only constant is change. And In the present, ever changing landscape, marketers must maintain a sharp focus on trends and quickly adapt. While it may not be necessary for them to completely disrupt their practice, simply evolving certain aspects may enable them to gain that next-level connection with the customer that is so valuable in today’s fast-paced world.

We are kicking off a series that shares our insight into industry predictions for 2016. Over the next few week’s we’ll highlight top trends including Data-Driven Marketing, Technology-Enabled Strategy, how to Think Outside the (in)Box and making the Shift from Multichannel to Omnichannel.

We’ll expand on each trend, sharing why it’s expected to emerge, why it’s important and how marketers can make sure they’re inline with it.
