- VP New Business Development – Wilde Agency
Wilde Agency seeks a senior, consultative sales professional to join our team. He/she will work with the management team to meet pre-determined revenue goals by closing sustained, hi-value business relationships for Wilde Agency that provide and increase mutual benefit for Wilde Agency and their (prospective and existing) clients.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of closing large-scale ($1M+ annually) direct marketing service deals to c-level executives in a range of targeted industries, to achieve and exceed revenue targets. He/she will be responsible for all business development activities and implementation of the business development plan, which includes: prospecting, lead generation and qualification, presentation development and follow-up.
- Manager, Customer Insights – Wilde Agency
This new position at Wilde Agency will focus on finding, analyzing and fielding data regarding the target customer to inform our internal team, clients and prospects. Reporting to the agency President, the role is a strategic one, partnering with Account Directors on the development of integrated marketing plans and messaging strategies and working with Business Development and the executive team on pitches.
The right individual for this role will be exceptional at gathering customer intelligence to inform the creative development process, with strong experience framing and overseeing primary research (both qualitative and quantitative). The Social Media Manager will be a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing and implementing social media campaigns. Create internal manufacturing job tickets using the EFI Monarch system at our Westwood facility, 1st shift. Use the EFI Monarch system to create our internal manufacturing job tickets; Interpret the job estimate and review for maximum profit and productivity, engineering layouts, accurately describing inks and varnishes, create a bindery plan with correct trims, laps, jogging edges, verifying and approving stock requisitions for order; Must have working knowledge of print manufacturing including but not limited to: impositions, prepress, folding schemes, stocks, general press information (sheet fed and web), bindery functions, and finishing methods; Must maintain a strong positive working relationship with Account Managers in producing an error-free job ticket; Communicate and clarify whatever questions or issues that evolve; work under general supervision and inform the manager of any issues. Work with the Account Managers primarily, but will interact with members of our manufacturing team, Purchasing, Pressroom, Scheduling, Estimating and Bindery managers.
MUST HAVE: 3-5 years in print manufacturing facility; Working knowledge of EFI/Monarch operating system a plus, but will train the right candidate; Excellent communication and logic skills; Ability to regularly and continually exercise own discretion and independent judgment in performing their duties.

- Client Service Coordinator - Holliston
The Client Service Coordinator position reports to the Client Service Team Lead and works supporting various Client Service Managers as directed. The CSC position is primarily a support role. The CSC performs administrative tasks in support of client programs, mailings and special projects. The CSC will have some direct client responsibilities with contact under supervision of the manager. This is an entry-level position into the Client Service department with understanding that a high performer will have the opportunity to a higher level after one year.
- Desktop Programmer II - Holliston
Working with client data and artwork the desktop programmer will create personalized dynamic document using a variety of tools, chiefly HP Exstream products such as Dialogue, Interactive and Remote Collaboration. Working in a production environment the desktop programmer is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the files created, including PDF, Postscript and AFP print streams. Client applications vary from simple mailers to complex highly variable financial statements. Principle duties and responsibilities are to program, manipulate and troubleshoot basic client letter copy to complex and highly variable versioning within HP Extream tools. Be able to create and code highly variable business rules in HP Extream syntax. Maintain, update, and develop program work that resides in automated systems. Operate cut sheet laser printers to print proofs for client approval (both black and color) and run OCE roll equipment.
Work with Account Managers to make suggestions to improve overall appearance of client’s letter copy. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining proper priorities and sense of urgency. Ensure attainment of scheduled desktop commitments in support of production programming schedules.
Interact with Account Managers and MSD staff to ensure compliance to schedule. Create, understand and manipulate artwork from Native files in, In-design and other Creative Suite tools. Basic understanding of digital color print.

Responsible for 2nd pressman responsibilities in a team environment. Read and understand work orders and verify materials. Complete time logs, skid tags and quality control report. Prepare press for color review using scanning densitometers, maintaining consistent standards. Ability to perform press maintenance. 2-3 years press experience.

The role of the Assistant Account Executive is to provide day-to-day assistance to two account managers to ensure client deliverables and milestones are met for assigned client digital and direct marketing programs and projects. The position requires an entrepreneurial mindset given the dynamic environment of Wilde Agency. In many cases the Assistant Account Executive will be the support client contact and be required to assess needs and communicate details and facilitate the development of these campaigns or projects. The Assistant Account Executive will also be the primary facilitator for various internal departments’ participation in a given client’s program. UW has an immediate need for a Saddle Stitch Machine Operator in our Bindery Department. The Saddle Stitch Machine Operator, with little supervision, prepares and operates all components of the saddle stitch line in order to produce products meeting the quality and quantity limits established.

Operate laser printers, meet scheduled print room production and quality goals on a daily basis. Machine operation experience preferably with high speed laser printers, roll devices, Igen, Xerox, and Canon Image Runner printers. Responsible for job set up and operation of Scitex and Video Jet printers and Kirk Rudy and Chesire tabbers. Operation of the machines will require the ability to prepare mail per United States Postal Service requirements. Perform basic maintenance and trouble shoot as required. Computer and mechanical skills required. Familiarity with USPS guidelines helpful.

To insure all Lettershop equipment is as productive as possible mechanically. Troubleshoot/repair machines as needed, i.e.: change clutch springs, adjust brake, machine timing, understand the interaction of software related to the operation of the machine, stamp heads. Experience with repairing inserting machines, various mailing machines, and cutting machines.
