Director of Marketing

Job description

Support the Marketing goals of the company by coordinating all the Marketing efforts to increase industry exposure, lead generation, and social awareness.

 The Director of Marketing will be responsible for:
  • Direct all Direct Mail Programs.
  • Fulfill online literature requests and cold call inquiries.
  • Direct client communications and press releases.
  • Direct all trade show and internal/outside agency support.
  • Provide project management over site on yearly Sales & Marketing plan
  • Drive on-going lead generation efforts
  • Manage website information, updates and brand
  • Manage internal creative initiatives as well as outside partners when necessary
  • Adherence to monthly/quarterly/yearly marketing budget
  • Responsible for industry insight on marketing strategies of competitors
  • Drive brand uniformity across all corporate initiatives
  • Supervise Marketing Coordinators 
 Desired Skills and Experience
  • Knowledge of media resources.
  • Trade show contracting.
  • Industry/product knowledge.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate with outside vendors, interact with multiple sales personalities.
  • 3 years marketing experience in a related industry
  • BS degree, Masters preferred.

Information Security Director

The Information Security Director is responsible for implementing security systems that will provide detection, prevention, containment, and deterrence mechanisms to protect and maintain the integrity of data files for us and our customers. Overall responsibility will include all user departments and Information Technology staff. Maintenance and verification of all Security policy, procedures and most importantly proof. Maintain SOCII verification and conduct independent security audits as well as answer all security questions/requests from customers. Help develop and implement security measures to pass PCI certification.

  • College degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years industry experience. Knowledge of security regulations and procedures.
  • CISSP certification required. Six Sigma a plus.
  • Previous experience managing IT security projects to support direct mail, fulfillment management, POD, order processing and marketing databases a plus.
  • Experience in utilizing the following software a plus: Checkpoint, SQL, MS Project, VISIO, and supply chain and inventory management software. PC literate, knowledge of Internet, OLAP tools, and MS Office products including Access, Word, Powerpoint, Excel.


To insure all Lettershop equipment is as productive as possible mechanically.


1.      Troubleshoot/repair machines as needed, i.e.: change clutch springs, adjust brake, machine timing, understand the interaction of software related to the operation of the machine, stamp heads …

2.      Keep all machines in running condition

3.      Perform machine PM schedules

4.      Aide in more complex machine set ups

5.      Responsible for health and safety of immediate work area, and attentiveness to the company at large.



1.      Experience with repairing inserting machines, various mailing machines, and cutting machines.

2.      Familiarity with the operation of various lettershop equipment and handling the products they produce

3.      Familiar and comfortable working with Windows based software products

4.      High school diploma or equivalent.

5.      Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.



Vice President Strategic Account Management/Business Development

Develop and manage a highly professionally, effective sales staff in order to drive revenue growth for the company and secure the company’s position as a leader in the industry. The Vice President Sales will align the sales team with the strategic direction of Universal Wilde’s total solutions sell to targeted strategic accounts in support of the company’s overall goals while achieving sales objectives.

  • 5+  years industry experience in strategic selling VP role.

  • Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, Masters a plus.

  • Highly effective leadership skills, management ability.

  • Ability to motivate and teach

  • Business savvy, bottom line responsibility/awareness.

  • Defined sales methodology experience.


 VP Technology

Responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions. This includes directing all IT operations to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions.

• Minimum eight (8) years experience within Information Technology

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field or related experience

• Experience in implementing effective and innovative software development methodologies

• Operations experience in a production environment

• Experience and understanding of marketing communications

• Proven ability to lead a progressive IT group

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

• Solid writing skills

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and motivate professional staff

• Analytical and problem solving skills

• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies

• Broad knowledge of data processing systems, concepts, and methodologies 


Director, Strategic Solutions and Integration

Engineer solutions for prospects as part of the pre-sales cycle.  Represent Operations during the team sell approach including demos of our system.  Create a full package for the selling cycle including, estimating, statement of work, etc. Ensure the new client solution is implemented correctly. Ensure our system is current and drive system improvements to ensure we are offering our clients the best in class from a system and operational process.  In collaboration with UW marketing provide tools to sell our services. 

College degree, BA/BS

7+ years experience in a technical, data driven team solution selling environments.

Direct mail production, fulfillment and warehouse operations experience a plus.

Ability to collaborate with multiple operational departments to provide a solution the prospect desires. 


VP, Strategic Development

New business generation within vertical target markets. Acting as a thought leader within those select verticals to drive new Programs of Business 

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to present Universal Wilde as a solution provider.

Responsible for the “hunter” role as it pertains to driving significantly sized new program business.

Ability to demo our capabilities to prospects, and articulating to IT meaningful examples of the prospects business need.

Develop appropriate departmental teams (working with department heads)  to provide input on new opportunities, including estimating, RFP detail, tour methodology, and client go live requirements.

Represent industry expertise in the solution sell.  “Industry and Competitive Intelligence”

Make recommendations regarding new technology and equipment requirements for future needs. Maintain “Wish List” for future system enhancements. 

College degree, BA/BS, Knowledge and ability to call on the C-Level suite, Ten years plus of solution selling involving a technical marketing sales process, technology savvy, data and information friendly

Ability to collaborate with multiple operational departments to provide a solution the prospect desires.
