Biography

Christopher joined Universal Wilde in May of 2014, and is responsible for scheduling and prioritizing all areas of the operation: offset (web and sheetfed), digital, bindery, mailing and fulfillment. He leads Client Services with the goals of streamlining processes and managing communications both internally and with clients. He previously worked for Harte-Hanks as Vice President of Direct Mail, Fulfillment and Logistics. During his tenure with Harte-Hanks, Christopher held a number of management and sales roles starting in operations moving to procurement, running large call center staff and developing and implementing a state of art Mail Tracking program that work very closely with the USPS. He has and continues to work with some of the largest Retail and Financial clients in the industry and is considered to be a subject matter expert in IMB processing as well as driving continuous improvements for large print and mailing clients.

Christopher attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and currently part of MTAC (Mailer's Technical Advisory Committee) working with USPS management on Postal initiatives and issues.
