CHALLENGE

Our client launched their new online version of the newspaper. Although home delivery subscribers are entitled to have free access, not many of them were accessing the site. Our client partnered with Wilde Agency to get subscribers to log onto the digital publication, register for free access, and experience the site.
 

SOLUTIONS

To overcome the big hurdle of getting our client's subscribers on the site, Wilde Agency developed an email that offered an incentive if they logged on by a deadline. Most importantly, the email highlighted the fact that FREE online access was a new subscriber benefit, it only takes a few minutes to log-on and they had the ability to now enjoy the print and online version. After the first email, a follow-up, last chance email was blasted.
