This client engaged the experts at Universal Wilde to automate their in-house fulfillment operation being used to manually pick, pack, and ship content ordered from the University’s website. They challenged Universal Wilde to mitigate risk while evolving to an automated solution.
A multi-phased approach was taken to migrate the client to a cutting edge "outsourced" solution without interrupting the business. In the first phase, experts from Universal Wilde worked on-site at the client's facility to understand their business. In the second phase, the client's fulfillment system was migrated "as is" to our facility and connectivity was maintained to the client's order entry system. In the final phase, the client was completely migrated to our Xccelerate™ solution.
