His broad range of experience includes executive management, global sales management, professional services, marketing, content/print manufacturing, software technology development, and organizational design. He has also led 20 plus large and small company mergers and acquisitions. Patrick was the CEO of Dassault Systemes / ENOVIA collaboration platform offering and also spent 19 years with Information Handling Services (IHS Group) as CEO of their Engineering Content division.
Patrick has a BS from Wilkes University with a focus in Operational/Information Management. He is considered a technology thought leader and is a frequent speaker at technology events.
Robert is an accomplished financial executive with thirty five years of diversified experience with multi- national manufacturers, service oriented and distribution industries. Prior to joining Universal Wilde as Chief Financial Officer, Robert served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Spire Corp., a global solar company providing capital equipment and turnkey manufacturing lines to produce photovoltaic modules, the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance of Millbrook Distribution Services, Inc., where he was responsible for the functional areas of the finance group. Robert joined Millbrook from Saleslink Corporation, a subsidiary of CMGI where he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer responsible for the development and oversight in finance including Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Risk Management and IT. He has held key financial positions of increasing responsibility within Quebecor World and American Signature with a proven track record to focus responsibility in a cross-functional capacity to improve existing processes and making recommendations designed to increase business efficiencies.
Robert is a member of the AICPA, NYSCCPA, and Boston Chapter of the Financial Executive Institute. He has a BA from Baruch College, is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Global Management Accountant.
Tome has 35 years of print industry experience dating back to 1976 with Universal Press. He co-founded Millennium Graphics in 2000 and Universal Millennium in 2007. With a strong background in estimating, customer service and sales, Tome currently heads up the sales and marketing effort for Universal Wilde. He was educated at the University of Rhode Island.
Jim has over 38 years of progressively responsible business experience, having held the positions of group president, corporate SVP, plant manager, and sales manager for several large private and public companies specializing in the graphic arts industry, including Banta Corp, Cenveo, Merrill, and Courier.
Gidge joined Universal Wilde in 2010 and is currently responsible for leading and managing all company operational functions.
Previously, Gidge enjoyed a 25-year tenure with Acme Printing where he began his career as an estimator. From estimating he moved into the production end of the business working first as a web press manager and later assuming the role of plant manager. In 2004, he was named vice president and general manager of Acme.
Gidge is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology in New York and holds a BS in printing management.
Tom holds a BS in Business Administration from Babson College, and is a regularly requested presenter and committee member within the direct marketing and fulfillment industry.
A past board member of the Mail & Fulfillment Services Association (MFSA, recently branded EPICOMM), Tom also chaired their Fulfillment committee, which created a National Accreditation Program for fulfillment service companies. Tom is also a past president of the New England chapter. He is also a member of the Volume Mailers Group, EPICOMM, as well as a member of the New England Direct Marketing Association (NEDMA), USPS Postal Customer Council and spent eleven years as a Trustee of Dean College in Franklin, MA.
Jen joined the company in 2005. She brings more than 15 years of experience to her current role as VP of Human Resources for Universal Wilde. Jen holds a BS from Siena College in New York and is a member of the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA).
John has over 30 years of business experience, with more than 25 spent in the technology, printing, imaging, marketing, and document management sectors within both manufacturing and service businesses. Prior to becoming Chief Strategy Officer of Universal Wilde, he was CTO of Universal, helping execute the vision of "Thought to Distribution" through the implementation of technology to satisfy customers' marketing and communication needs.
John received his BS in Mechanical Engineering and MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a former board member of the Boston Chapter of the Business Marketing Association and a frequent speaker at professional conferences.
An unusually strategy-minded, results-oriented creative director, Nancy is nationally recognized for best-in-class creative. She and her teams have won over 200 awards for direct marketing effectiveness. In her role as Chief Creative Officer, Nancy draws upon more than 20 years of senior creative management experience honed at Hill Holliday, Mullen, and Bronner (now Digitas), where she worked with such clients as Dell, IBM, Novartis, House of Seagram, Bank of America, AT&T, American Express, Sheraton, and GM, among others.
Nancy holds a BA in Journalism from Boston University. She is a frequent contributor to industry trade magazines and a requested speaker at marketing conferences.
