Bill Fitzgerald
Partner, Chief Executive Officer
Bill has been in the graphic arts/communications business for over 35 years in various positions, including estimating, operations, sales, and sales management. In 1989, he founded "Graphic Services," which grew through both strategic acquisition and market penetration before merging with Millennium Graphics in 2007 to form Universal Millennium. Bill has been the CEO of Universal Millennium, now branded Universal Wilde, since 2007. The company is the largest privately held print/communication business in the Northeast, with $150,000,000 in sales, 6 operating plants, and 600 employees.

John Sisson
President
John has over 30 years of business experience, with more than 25 spent in the technology, printing, imaging, marketing, and document management sectors within both manufacturing and service businesses. Prior to becoming president of Universal Wilde, he was CTO of Universal, helping execute the vision of "Thought to Distribution" through the implementation of technology to satisfy customers' marketing and communication needs.
John received his BS in mechanical engineering and MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a former board member of the Boston Chapter of the Business Marketing Association and a frequent speaker at professional conferences.

Tome Andrade
Partner, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Tome has 35 years of print industry experience dating back to 1976 with Universal Press. He co-founded Millennium Graphics in 2000 and Universal Millennium in 2007. With a strong background in estimating, customer service, and sales, Tome currently heads up the sales and marketing effort for Universal Wilde. He was educated at the University of Rhode Island.

Jim has over 38 years of progressively responsible business experience, having held the positions of group president, corporate SVP, plant manager, and sales manager for several large private and public companies specializing in the graphic arts industry, including Banta Corp, Cenveo, Merrill, and Courier.

Steve Payne
Chief Financial Officer
Steve has over 25 years of financial business experience in printing and related industries at such companies as Service Point USA, Charrette Corporation, Danka International, and Eastman Kodak, including 8 years working in Europe. He holds a BA from Macalester College and an MBA in finance from Cornell University. Steve is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and Financial Executives International (FEI).

Neal Boornazian
President, Wilde Agency
As president of Wilde Agency, Neal draws upon more than 25 years of expertise in building brands and businesses. In this role, he leads a team that consistently designs and executes innovative, ROI-delivering direct marketing solutions.
A classically trained marketer, Neal cut his teeth on key sales and executive marketing roles at leading consumer packaging goods organizations. He has also been a successful entrepreneur and independent business consultant specializing in, among other disciplines, cross-channel marketing.
Neal holds a BS in business marketing from Iona College in New York.

Nancy Harhut
Chief Creative Officer
An unusually strategy-minded, results-oriented creative director, Nancy is nationally recognized for best-in-class creative. She and her teams have won over 200 awards for direct marketing effectiveness. In her role as chief creative officer, Nancy draws upon more than 20 years of senior creative management experience honed at Hill Holliday, Mullen, and Bronner (now Digitas), where she worked with such clients as Dell, IBM, Novartis, House of Seagram, Bank of America, AT&T, American Express, Sheraton, and GM, among others.
Nancy holds a BA in journalism from Boston University. She is a frequent contributor to industry trade magazines and a requested speaker at direct marketing conferences.

Thomas A. Wilde
Senior Vice President, Strategic Development

A fifth generation Wilde, Tom was previous CEO of W. A. Wilde Co. for 13 years prior to the sale of the company to Universal. Currently, Tom is chiefly responsible for strategic account development and contractual programs of business. Experienced in all aspects of direct marketing and response management, he has hands-on experience in strategic marketing, planning, and production for data driven direct mail and fulfillment solutions.
Tom holds a BS in Business Administration from Babson College, and is a regularly requested presenter and committee member within the direct marketing and fulfillment industry.
A past board member of the Mail & Fulfillment Services Association (MFSA), Tom also chaired their Fulfillment committee which created a National Accreditation Program for fulfillment service companies. Tom is also a past president of the New England chapter. He is also a member of the Volume Mailers Group, MFSA as well as a member of the New England Direct Marketing Association (NEDMA), USPS Postal Customer Council and spent eleven years as a Trustee of Dean College in Franklin, MA.

Gidge Farraher
Vice President Operations
Gidge joined Universal Wilde in 2010 and is currently responsible for leading and managing all company operations functions.
Previously, Gidge enjoyed a 25-year tenure with Acme Printing where he began his career as an estimator. From estimating he moved into the production end of the business working first as a web press manager and later assuming the role of plant manager. In 2004, he was named vice president and general manager of Acme.
Gidge is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology in New York and holds a BS in printing management.

Jennifer MacAskill
Director of Human Resources
Jen joined the company in 2005. She brings more than 15 years of experience to her current role as Director of Human Resources for Universal Wilde. Jen holds a BS from Siena College in New York and is a member of the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA).
