Universal Wilde Receives 2015 Printing Industry Accolades

Leading marketing communications company honored with top national and regional awards, including a ‘Benny—Best in Category’ from PIA

Westwood, MA - September 21, 2015 – Universal Wilde, the leader in technology-enabled, personalized marketing solutions, announced today major industry accolades from Printing Industries of America and The Gold Ink Awards. These two honors are Universal Wilde’s latest recognition in a series of recent wins, including numerous awards from Printing Industries of New England.

Universal Wilde was recognized by the Printing Industries of America, the country’s largest graphic arts trade association, this month at the Premier Print Awards Gala. The company was honored with a ‘Benny - Best of Category’ award for their web press printing work with Gulfstream Aerospace. The Benny is one of the highest acknowledgements of excellence in the printing industry and considered to be one of the most competitive accolades for print companies around the world. In addition to the Benny, the company also won five ‘Certificates of Merit’ and one ‘Award of Recognition’ from the association. 

PIALogoAdditionally, Universal Wilde was recognized by the Gold Ink Awards, organized by Printing Impressions magazine and given out earlier this month at a gala in Chicago. The awards honor the most prestigious industry leaders for their superior craftsmanship in printing. Universal Wilde received Gold Ink ‘Silver’ awards for their work with Titleist Golf Gear (Catalogs: Business Catalogs, Sheetfed) and Gulfstream Aerospace (Magazines: Specialty Magazines, Web).

Universal Wilde was also recognized this year by the Printing Industries of New England, the Printing Industries of America’s regional trade association, for outstanding craftsmanship across a wide array of projects – from annual reports to marketing and promotional campaigns. The company received the organization’s highest honor, ‘Best of Show,’ in addition to four ‘Pinnacle Awards’ (Best in Category), three ‘Awards of Merit,’ two ‘Awards of Excellence’ and an ‘Award of Recognition.’
